At NOA, we are passionate about creating positive user experiences.

Our main focus has been to simplify and automate some of the most time-consuming tasks related to attendance recording.

In close cooperation with several Norwegian educational institutions, we are constantly launching new features that make several aspects of everyday work life a little easier.

We hope that you as a NOA user will find it easy, seamless and frictionless. Here you can read what some of our customers say about us:

What others say about us

"The University of Agder has used NOA for many years and has been involved in the development of the system. NOA offers several different solutions for attendance registration and everything in one package. Together with good integrations and automation, it is possible to streamline attendance registration for mandatory activities in a modern way without taking up much time from teaching."

Kevin Benjamin Zeppo Adriaansen , advisor to the education department, UIA

"NOA has been a great tool for attendance registration, both in my job as teacher and principal at Sonans! The collaboration with NOA works very well, and we get quick help when we have questions.
The app frees up a lot of time in the classroom, which can be used for learning instead!"

Kristin Amundsen , teacher and principal at Sonans Oslo

“Volda University College was quick to express our interest in using NOA.
Digitalization in the education sector is a large and ongoing process, and attendance registration is, for us, a timely part of the overall picture. We have had close and good collaboration with NOA throughout, and the path from request to delivery is short.”

Kai Johnsen , digitization consultant, HVO

“I am very satisfied with the NOA attendance app! It is a user-friendly and time-saving tool, intuitive and easy to use for both me and my students. Throughout the school year, it has freed up a lot of classroom time, which can instead be used for learning.”

Asbjørn Odin Aag , former Norwegian teacher at Sonans Oslo

“With the constant demand for simplification and digitization of manual processes, NOA is the perfect partner. Hege and the team are quick to respond and extremely helpful. Working with NOA feels secure, while the path from a good idea to implementation is short.”

Thea Solstad, Program Manager Digitalization, VID

"Sonans is constantly working to find good and efficient solutions for our users, and the time thief of absence management has been something we have wanted to do something about for a long time.

The cooperation with NOA has gone very well and it has been almost seamless from day 1. Now we can use the lessons for learning!"

Terje Ravnsborg , former director of IT and Operations at Sonans

Freeing up time and resources

- "It is a system that frees up time for both teachers and administration - where students take responsibility for registering their attendance themselves - via the NOA app," says Hege Longva.

The app contains the student's timetable week by week, the current course to check in for, the school's absence regulations and a full overview of their own attendance and absence statistics. The check-ins are automatically entered in the lecturer's class lists as "attended".
