Using NOA for mentoring for first-year students

"Good start" is a new module we have developed at the request of the University of Agder, which has a scheme aimed at improving first-year students' well-being and learning environment on campus, so that all new students get the best possible start to their studies.

First-year students are therefore invited to join a Good Start group consisting of 10-15 fellow students under the leadership of an experienced student mentor. In the Good Start groups, the focus will be on good and inclusive fellowship with fellow students and help with academic and practical issues.
